Shepherds Watch offers basic member care training seminars and other options for being involved in member care.
The training seminar is intended for individuals who want training themselves and for mission organizations and churches who want to train members to minister to their missionaries and other full-time workers.
Our training seminars are structured to last for five days and are accredited by the University of the Nations for college credits.
Other options for working with member care and Shepherds Watch include:
1) People with administrative gifts who understand the Shepherds Watch vision and the need for member care
2) Those with a pastoral heart who feel called to make visits to missionaries in the field
3) Teachers for the member care training seminars
